Exchange & Refund Policy

We want every Navii piece to feel like it was made for you. In the rare instance something doesn't fit perfectly in size, style, or condition, our exchange and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on eligible items (see conditions below). We offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or item of equal value.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags
  • One exchange per order is permitted
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference must be paid before dispatch
  • If of lower value, a store credit is issued for the difference
  • Exchange shipping is free for the first request; subsequent requests may incur a ₹99 handling fee


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following scenarios:

  • Order cancelled within 24 hours of placement (before dispatch)
  • Item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Item returned within 7 days in original, unworn condition
  • Navii cancels your order due to stock unavailability

Wallets (Paytm, etc.) 2–4 business days to wallet
EMI As per your bank's EMI reversal policy
COD Orders Store credit issued within 48 hours of return receipt
Store Credit Instantly added to your account



Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Order placed more than 24 hours ago and already dispatched
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery
  • Items showing wear, damage, or alteration
  • Customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces
  • Sale items marked "Final Sale"
  • Shipping charges (unless the error was on our part)
