Shipping Policy

Every Navii piece is packed with care and dispatched swiftly so it reaches you in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and costs.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Partners

We ship across India through trusted logistics partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, and Shiprocket. The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and may be allocated automatically for optimal speed and reliability.


Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be shared via email and SMS once your order is dispatched
  • You can also track your order by logging into your Navii account under "My Orders"
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch
  • For tracking issues, contact us at support@navii.design with your order ID


Packaging

All Navii jewellery is shipped in our signature gift-ready packaging a minimal black box with ribbon closure, nestled in tissue. Packaging is designed to be reusable and is part of the Navii unboxing experience. Additional gift wrapping options may be available at checkout for select occasions.


Failed Delivery & RTO

  • Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • If delivery fails (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, access denied), the order is returned to our warehouse
  • We will notify you of the returned shipment and arrange re-delivery at a nominal charge of ₹99
  • For COD orders returned undelivered, no refund is applicable; store credit may be issued at our discretion
