Products & Pricing

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price at the time of order placement is final
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to photography and screen calibration
  • Navii reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel purchases at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors
  • Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

  • Unauthorised use of our brand name, logo, or imagery may constitute trademark infringement
  • User-submitted reviews and photographs grant Navii a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for marketing purposes


Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
  • Submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
  • Resell Navii products without prior written authorisation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Navii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
